Microdermabrasion is a safe non-surgical mechanical exfoliation treatment that can dramatically improve the appearance of your skin. It is effective in reducing fine lines and large pores, age spots or discolorations, and acne scars. The technique involves using a hand piece that uses fine crystals onto the surface of the skin, resulting in a gentle abrasion or "polishing" process. The suction of the machine stimulates the production of collagen and skin cells. Each treatment takes from 30 minutes to an hour. The number of treatments recommended for maximal results can range from 6 to 12 treatments spaced every 1 to 2 weeks apart. Maintenance of results requires periodic treatments every 1-2 months. It can be combined with a chemical peel to increase the effect. It gives the skin a overall fresh, healthy glow. You can go right back to work and the only thing people will notice is that your skin looks lovely!
This is a chance for children to enjoy the excitment of getting special attention at the salon.
We set a maximum of six children. If more are asked to be included there will be an additional charge added. We do party hair on each child, makeup, and paint their nails. Juice and cookies are provided at a decorated birthday table. You are welcome to bring other refreshments if wanted. A Happy Birthday sign is printed with the BIRTHDAY GIRL'S name on it. The whole party usually takes about an 1 and 1/2 hours.
